In a press release, Gaga said Mayhem “started as me facing my fear of returning to the pop music my earliest fans loved.” Her previous single “Disease” and her collaboration with Bruno Mars “Die With a Smile” will be featured on the record. The next single from Mayem will be released this Sunday during the 2025 Grammy Awards, followed by the music video. Gaga will also launch this new era by headlining this year’s Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. She’s also slated to perform at Thursday’s FireAid benefit concert supporting the people and community surrounding the tragic Los Angeles wildfires.
